It powers on and the blades spin, but it makes a rattling/rubbing noise when running. May just need oiled? May need more servicing? Looks like it has had a replacement power cord at some point in time. There is surface rust, color loss, discoloration, and general wear throughout. Will come as shown, so please see photos!
