Description: VTG Barnett & Jaffe Baja Portable Slide Storage Case & Argus/Airequipt Magazines. Unique find at a great price! Vintage BAJA slide case with red felt lining and compartments for 16 slide magazines. The wooden case was covered but is falling off now, and the top of the box is not solidly attached on both sides. But the handle to the case is firmly secured and you can easily carry the case without worrying of it opening or coming loose. There are 16 slide magazines included. 8 magazines have the sections for slides still and 8 do not. Fun to see some magazines have Florida locations listed, and one even mentions the World’s Fair! The magazines themselves are also unique- some are patent pending while others are patented. They did it! This is listed so low because your shipping price will be high due to the weight of the case and magazines. Alone without any packaging they weigh nearly 10 pounds!
