The tips are crumbling off due to Age. This is to be expected. The Applicator Want is Not Going to be Useable without Replacing Both of the Tips with New Ones. The Other Applicator Tip, Will More Than Likely, Deteriorate Upon Use or Handling. The Wands' Tips will need to be replaced if you wish to Apply the Eye Shadows using it. Normal Vintage wear from age, handling, and storage is Present and to be Expected. This is a Hard to Find Vintage CoverGirl Makeup Collectible.
