Description: Vintage crushed velvet skirt striped with lace in cream. No size tag-measures to a medium with a 30” waist ( will stretch to 32”)…39.5” long. Hips are free. Lace is likely polyester. I did gently launder in scent free detergent and air dry. Only tag does say dry clean. The lining has a few small holes-outside intact. Also velvet is depressed at waist where it has been on a hanger for a long time-image 13. The belt and loops are present. There are two cotton loops sewn on the outside of waist-not certain as to their purpose. They could easily be snipped.
