It doesn’t have manufacturer name, only 350 written by pencil mark as well as mark which is hard to read, it is a number and underneath it “USA”. There is no crack or chips to the plate. Middle of the plate has marks consistent with use/age. Please check pictures for details. Plate had been only cleaned as to verify its condition and check for any damage.
