Description: Fabulous vintage figural combination powder box and perfume bottle depicting a seated Asian man sitting on a pouf, grinning widely. This was made in Germany by Sitzendorf in the 1920s-1930s or so. Unfortunately the perfume bottle is out of commission at the moment as the stopper is missing and the cork is stuck inside. But the powder / trinket box is ready to go!CONDITION: GOOD(Poor-->Fair-->Good-->Very Good-->Excellent-->Mint):No chips, cracks or repairs in the porcelain, but the stopper is missing (this was likely a crown style shaker top). A piece of cork remains stuck inside - I tried briefly to remove it, but did not want to cause further damage. I can hear something rattling around inside the bottle, perhaps a piece of the stopper. Some glaze imperfections.MARKINGS: Sitzendorf crown mark, Germany on bottom.
