Description: This is a vintage carved Wilhelm Tell 1307 Switzerland piece. It measures approx. 9" in diameter. Carved 3D people and flags. With a metal loop attached to hang. Hard to find piece. There are a couple spots on the side where the wood was gouged. Not major and a spot of stain would cover it right up. Shown in the last close-up picture. It was brought to my attention that the inside area of this may be a polymer resin and not wood. I believe the outer ring is solid wood.
