If you don't get that reference, this dish may be older than you :) White glazed pan with unglazed bottom and fluted edges. Base is incised with #9 ½, indicating the size of the pan. There is a faint "GG" backstamp. The inside is bright white with no cut marks. Signs of being displayed, notably on the unglazed base, but the pan appears unused.Really detailed instructions for baking the quiche on the inside surface, plus the chef had his own handwritten instructions printed on a select number of dishes.Very nice quiche or tart pan with fluted edges. Wonderful kitchen collectible from the 1970s!
