Description: Offered is one (1) vintage retired Shortbread Mold" by Hartstone USA a beautiful Pennsylvania Dutch style Hearts & Tulips Pattern. This round stoneware mold was made in the 1990's and discontinued due to the labor intensive nature of creating them. It's still a favorite of cottage industry shortbread bakers for the style, depth of the baking surface and it's even heat distribution. It creates eight wedges measuring approximately 4" X 4" X 3". The pan measures approximately 9 3/4" in diameter from rim to rim, 8 1/2" diameter on the inside X 1 1/4" tall or 3/4" deep measured from the inside. Signed on the back with "Hartstone USA".
