Description: This jug is in excellent condition, no chips, cracks or damage. The lettering is still intact. Some talc remains inside although I don't know how much. In the mid to late 1930s, Alfred D. McKelvy created the Seaforth line of men’s toiletries. Launched in 1938, the Seaforth brand was direct competition for Shulton’s Old Spice products. Men's talc was very popular at the time, and they manufactured theirs with the signature Heather and Fern scent. Primarily for display, this jug-shaped bottle is in quite nice condition. McKelvy's name is on the back, so I 'm guessing this dates to WWII.
