Description: Vintage Kodak TransVue Slide Carousel in Original Box with Index Card made in Rochester, NY, 1960's. This slide tray holds up to 80 2" x 2" 1/10th thick slides, cardboard, plastic or thin glass and is used to view slides and a storage container for them. It fits onto a Kodak slide projector. It measures 9 1/2" diameter and is 2 1/4" high. There is a locking ring on top that when turned will lock in place so the slides won't fall out if the tray is turned upside down or on its side. Made of black plastic with a steel mounting bottom. The slide numbers are embossed on the outer rim of the tray making it easy to move forward to view a specific slide. There is an index card included, one side has instructions and the other is to write slide descriptions on, so the tray can be stored with the slides in it for future viewing. Comes with the original box that has some wear, there is writing on one side . Also included is a sticker to place on the box side to identify the contents. All the slots are in great condition with no cracks or broken sections.
