Description: The age of the lamp is estimated . Lamp was kept in a house. The black paint over wood chipped off in several places. I would strip the wood and just covered it with a clear coat as it seems to have great light gray wood underneath. Great find and I feel as if I’m going back in time AND ENTIRE CENTURY touching this gorgeous lamp. IDYDOR Levington was a Russian immigrant who during early 1920’ started his business due to Edison’s light bulb 💡. The Levington to this day produces quality lamps sold in Home Depot . I have so much respect for his craftsmanship and his business initiative. History in the making. The shade had yellow from age inside. Outside of the shade has random spots which will be able to be clean with gentle towel and some dishwasher fluid. The metal bottom of the shade it’s coming off the metal and it needs to be redone or you can completely replace the lamp shade with a new one. Selling and shipping as is. Please ask any questions before purchasing as all my sales are final unless item is misrepresented which I’m not practicing. My goal is to describe all my items to the best of my knowledge and abilities.
