Description: This vintage issue of Life magazine from April 6, 1959 features the beginning of the series "How the West was Won" which was adapted to become the movie of the same name. . The magazine is in acceptable shape, with tears and scruffs on the cover as well as the covers separated from the main body of the magazine. This would make a great addition to any collection of historical memorabilia. The edition is in English and was published by Time, Inc. Vintage advertisements and interesting editorials make for fascinating reading. I do my best to describe or take pictures of the magazines I am listing, however, they are all vintage, and attempting to go page by page through all of them is not a possibility. These have all been stored for many years in a garage closet. Page discoloration, small tears, and loose pages are part of normal wear and tear. Please see the pictures. Approximate Dimensions: 14" H X 10.5" W X .25” D. 160 pages. Check out my “store” at https://www.ebay.com/usr/k5m4b. You just might find something that you will love as much as I do. If more than one item is of interest to you, I will be happy to do what I can to combine the shipping.
