The hooks will easily come out and the first shamrock is missing the eye hook to the Leprechaun. Also, there is only 3 of 4 candles left, but they need to be replaced as 1 is bent, 1 is broken and 1 is still ok. Regular size birthday candles will work. Measures 9 inches long and 2 inches tall.
