Description: VTG Melmac Melamine Brown MCM Dinner Set Bowls Cups Allied Chemical Picnic Prop. This set is from the 50s or 60s. It comes with 4 10-inch plates with a daisy design. The plates are worn and each of them has a particular defect as can be seen in the pictures (for example, one plate has burn marks on its edge, one plate has bubbling from heat exposure, and one plate has part of its design missing). The two cups and the sugar bowl (I think it's a sugar bowl, but it DOES NOT have a lid) are in good condition. As are the 8 dessert bowls. The plates and cups are marked Allied Chemical, but the bowls are not. However, since they all came with the same set, I'm confident they are probably allied chemical bowls, too. Please see the pictures to determine the condition of these plates, bowls, and cups. Thank you.
