Description: First class "Presidential Special" dinner on a 707 in 1963, HNL-TYO. The catering was by Maxim's of Paris and the presentation was via a giant 12"x18" fold out menu. No pre-plated food - all served individually via elegant carts. A wonderful repast, on a flight that just might need a fuel stop at Wake Island - as this one did in October 1963. A nice part of an airline past long gone.
