Description: Vintage Peruzzi Cherub with Dolphin Brooch/Pendant & Earrings A vintage 800 silver brooch/pendant and earrings set by Peruzzi of Florence, Italy. All three pieces have cherubs holding dolphins. All pieces have teardrop shaped dangles.The brooch/pendant measures 2 3/4" long including the bale and 1 1/2" wide. Has a rollover clasp that holds securely. Also has a large bale that swings into place and will accommodate a thick chain or cord when worn as a pendant. Earrings measure about 1 3/8" long and 5/8" across. They have wing backs so can be worn with or without pierced ears. Please see the accompanying ad for wing back earring closures. Could probably be converted to pierced if you choose. Marked Peruzzi Florence on each earring. Looks like it may be marked something on the back of the brooch/pendant but it is not clear. The set is in fine condition with some tarnish. Well made and heavy, classic design.
