Pleated band collar with double buttons and fasteners Matching double diagonal pleated flaps going down center, covering buttons underneath. Some light ruching on sleeves where they meet the shoulders CONDITION There are a few spots as shown in the pictures. Otherwise in good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use.
