Description: Womens size 16 vintage red button down secretary blouse by Ship'n Shore. It is 100% polyester and the tag says silken wonder. Its lightweight material. It had a pin on the lower part of the collar and has pin holes because of it. There is also a fray line near the bottom hem. Please see attached pictures for measurements.
