Description: VTG Hand Blown Lead Crystal Art Glass Vase is 10 inches tall and made by Adam Jablonski in Poland. The vase is Swung Style with wider ruffles at the top and narrow at the base. The base is 2 1/4 inches in diameter and the top is 4 inches at its widest point. Blue design at the bottom which shows nicely against the pale amber and the white inset. Please see pics. One small bubble in the glass. Excellent condition.
