Description: Very pretty unique medium sized vintage brooch in the shape of a starburst. Has an Atomic Era look. Could also be the shape of an explosion. The center is covered by a cluster of glass rhinestones that are the color of the Aurora Borealis. The frame is formed by multiple spikes. The frame and back are made of a silver colored metal of unknown material. Unknown manuacturer. Looks to have been made sometime in the 1960s. Not absolutely positive about exact age. Mid Century Modern. Has something stuck to the back around the clasp. Don't know what it is and haven't removed it for fear of damaging the item. Leaving it up to the buyer. In fairly good shape. See pictures for condition. Shown as I received it. This item is vintage and will have some wear due to age and use.
