The horn that Santa plays may have been glued in his mouth at one time - there is a small hole that looks like had a little glue in it .. I am leaving it as I found it . The plaid outfit is just Cute ! And I Love the faux resin-ish fur trim . There is maybe a stick or two broken in the bag on his back ,, again ,, I am leaving this as I found it . It would be easy to put in a few sticks from home to fill it out more if u wanted ... enjoy ~
