I do not know if the stains can come off. She does not include an outfit. The blow kiss mechanism is working,but the kisses have no scent. No bad odors or smells on the doll. I tried to take good images of her face, but it doesn't really show up on the pictures,so please be aware that her face and vinyl has some marks on it that need to be cleaned.
