Description: Condition - Excellent, one little area on rim of 1 plate that has lost its color- not a chip but some color has flecked off the outside of the rim ~please see last picture. Colors bright, glossy, immaculate - a stunning pattern! This is a listing for 4 - 7 5/8” diameter Bread Plates from Vernon Kilns - Vernonware ‘Organdie’ plaid - Metlox - lovely brown and yellow shades of plaid on a cream body with a dark brown rim. They are 1/2” in height. They were manufactured between 1937-1958. This California pottery is famous for its wonderful colors and designs.
