Description: My in-laws purchased this in Scotland for me about 1975. I actually did wear it to a few cold (in Michigan) evening events. Now I've outgrown it and it needs to be passed on to another Scots lady.The waist is expandable from about 28-32". It's 38" waist to hem, with a generous hem so it could go a bit longer. I think I shortened it at some time I'm 5'4". The skirt fabric is about three yards around with the pleats! It's never been cleaned, but hanging in a bag in my closet with cloves for moth proofing. It is very clean now. I don't see any moth holes. I will have to fold it gently to mail it, but the pleats should easily be pressed out if it creases. Smoke and pet free and downsizing.
