Description: Vtg Xu Zhong Ou Water Color Painting Vases Pencil Signed Framed & Matted 1994, #3 of 3Item Description Here is a beautiful Xu Zhong Ou watercolor for your buying consideration. Would make a great gift or keep for yourself! Beautiful colors and detailing in this watercolor. Done by Xu Zhong-Ou in 1994. The watercolor is pencil signed and numbered 1 of 1 at the bottom of the piece. Dated January 1994. The piece was framed and matted by WFD of the Sande Webster Gallery in Philadelphia, PA. The vase at the top of the piece is in many different colors and has an eye catching form to it. Symbols in gray in the background and then Chinese seals in red in the top right and lower left. There is then like a metal door with vertical pieces that run behind the vase image. Unfortunately, no other provenance came with this beautiful watercolor painting. The Xu Zhong-Ou watercolor in frame is 41-3/16" tall, by 19-7/8" across, by 1-5/8" wide. The watercolor within the matting is 28-5/8" tall by 15-11/16" across. The nicely made doweled cornered wood frame has red and gold paint on the front of the frame. Still the wood grained color exposure on the sides. The matting has some sort of embedded floral design on it when you look closely as well, not just a plain white.
