The company began to monetize their previously released films by renting out physical 16mm versions for educational and/or institutional use. This rental program involved authorized retailers throughout the United States and provided a tremendous inflex of capital to the company. The origins of nostalgic movie theater showings of popular films as well as the VHS rental model can be found in this concept popularized by Disney. Lot includes the 50 page catalog from 1980, the 26 page catalog from 1982-83 and the 26 page catalog from 1984-85. All three retain the original order form pull-outs as well as the rental agreement section. Films include "Song of the South", "Tron", "Davy Crockett", "Treasure Island", "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" and hundreds more... Slight wear at edges and spines. Some wrinkling to pages.
