The Giardino lower tier-pair is NOT included. Condition notes- Valances were purchased from an overstock liquidation company. They are what is considered "new old stock". All that I have available are new & unused in pristine condition, in their original zippered bags. All of the front paper advert inserts show the incorrect color (Fumo). Almost all of the bags have broken zippers (reflected in the lower tan retail price)- where they are zipped but the zipper "teeth" are coming apart. I don't know if the zipper can be "fixed" if the bag is unzipped and re-zipped. Bags may also have UPC-type stickers or tape residue, wrinkling in places to their paper and/or cardboard inserts, and/or light soiling on the exterior (of the zippered bag). The first persons who purchase valances will receive them with bags in the best condition bag, etc. Also note- Waverly window treatments are considered good quality. They do however seem to (most times) have excess threads hanging from some of their sewn areas. If you are like me and picky about this kind of thing, These threads can be easily snipped, with care taken for the surrounding fabric, using a small pair of scissors or nail clippers.
