A good example of a large – 9½” (almost 24cm) dinner plate that was purchased at Wembley in 1924. In the middle there is the emblem of the British Empire Exhibition – April to October 1924. It has a couple of TINY scuffs that are very hard to spot. The back shows a mark that reads Estd 1774 Couldon China Made in England. The plate is very clean and shows no cracks or chips.
