Description: Up for sale is a cute Erzgebirge figure featuring a young girl angel playing a bassoon. It stands about 2 1/8” tall by 1 3/4" wide. On her base is a sticker identifying it as Erzgebirge and that it was made in the German Democratic Republic. In looking the piece over we find it to be in wonderful condition with no breaks or repairs. She has both her curls, and the wings are secure. There has been a slight flex to both wings which caused some minor paint chipping at their base. See all photos for more detail.
