Description: This is a "WESTERN ELECTRIC" Type 21t0p box.Last patent date is "1894".The wood may be walnut, I'm not sure.It certainly is incomplete, but the wood is exceptional and a great beginning for a restoral. What it does have is all the outside terminals, (the 6 below the box and the 2 line terminals on top.) It also has the 2-piece switchook arm and crank escutcheons. Inside the box is empty except for the two Switchook Contact Springs and a mounting with lever. The lock is still on the door. All the original stamping is on the front and side.
