Description: Description Western Blot Marker I is a prestained exposure protein marker, it consists of a mixture of eight high-purity recombinant protein and two pre-stained recombinant proteins, which is convenient for monitoring of electrophoresis and transfer efficiency. It is suitable as a protein molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE and Western Blot. The bands display in Tris-Glycine gel range from 12-154 kDa (~12, ~22, ~28, ~38, ~50, ~62, ~70, ~78, ~113, ~154 kDa), of which 70 kDa is an orange-red prestained band, 12 kDa is a blue band. The eight recombinant protein bands are able to bind to almost all kinds of antibodies in order to show up together with target protein during imaging.
