REBEKAH's are a Women's Lodge Organization Affiliated with International Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF) Dalhart is a town in the Panhandle of Texas in Dallam County and Hartley Countyapproximately 70 miles NW of Amarillo, Texas This is a book of recipes compiled and contributed by the ladies of the Dalhart Rebekah Lodge. Each recipe names the lady who contributed it. There is a nice clear full-page group picture of the ladies (they are identified below). The caption calls them "The Original Drill Team". I don't know what that means. also a list of of the members on the next page. several pages have ads for local businesses. This cook book is is in really nice shape. Fairly mild wear. no creases or tears. some faint soil but not the food stains often found on cookbooks. The white of the cover and the other colors are bright and unfaded. Any questions, please ask.
