Description: Autographed by William McKinley, presumably in 1896. The litho is nicely framed in an original period frame. But too bad for the water stains and a couple spots of damage to the picture. Still quite rare and collectable in the presidential memorabilia genre. The size of the litho is 14x19", not counting the frame. My price is open to a reasonable offer. Then, to the right of that is printed Sackett & Wilhelms Litho Co New York.
