They are brand new and have ZERO track time. They are packed in unopened manufacturers' original plastic wrap in their manufacturer's original storage box. The storage box is in pristine condition. They are inside this storage box protected for shipping and when not in use, by a Styrofoam insert. Also included is a manufacturers original outer shipping box. There are no scratches, scrapes or rubs anywhere on these cars. A copy of the manufacturers' instructions and parts list is included. The life and performance of these locomotives depends, to a considerable extent, upon proper care and lubrication of the motor, trucks and other moving parts. As with all new and used locomotives, I do recommend a thorough cleaning and complete lubrication periodically and before initial use. A small amount of oil and lubricant, properly applied, goes a long way towards long life and great performance.
