(Once in place, I only remove the window-mounted A/C in my home office when I need to buy a new one.)The instructional video on the product page is VERY helpful. Be sure to follow the carpenter's proverb -- "measure twice and cut once" -- or else you'll mess it up. The most difficult task was laying down the double-sided tape, which is tricky to work with. I made sure to buy one listed as capable to cool our bedroom size wise. However on hot nights it can barely keep up. So if you get this be sure to order one listed capable to cooling a much larger room than you have because they aren't as powerful as they say they are. Also be prepared to order additional insulation because what it comes with leaves areas wide open to the outside you can fit multiple fingers through.
