This is a Wine Barrel Stave Wine Glass Holder, and I made it from a used wine barrel that red wine was made in. It comes from the Red Mountain Vineyard area of Washington State. It measures 13” in length x 3” wide. Since these barrels are repurposed and have been used to make wine each has unique markings an no two pieces are the same. I used a light linseed oil then a light varnish on each piece to help bring out the beauty of the oak. Re-purposed items come with many imperfection, and a rustic look from use, flaws and such. I di lightly sand each item to give them a smooth to the touch feel. No two pieces of wine stave or wine barrel creations I make will have the same markings. That is what makes them unique and beautiful. *Wine or wine glasses are not included in this listing.
