Description: This sale is in aid of my local Hospice Thrift Store, where I volunteer working on electronics. I sell items here for the store that don't readily sell in house, alongside my normal vintage audio business. We see very few interesting mechanical watches and I'm not qualified to service them, so it's great to have this Wittenauer mens date watch, manual wind, not auto, with a Swiss 17 jewel movement. We haven't regulated this as I'm sure its new owner will be much more capable than I. It would benefit from having the face and the lower surface of the lens cleaned, something I am unable to get access to do. I also noted some crazing of the lens - I had to take that photo from an extreme angle for you to be able to see it as it's not visible in normal light looking straight at it.
