The mannequin is a small one, so the tunics appear dress length but aren’t. I have included measurements for a better idea of fit. Bust is measured from the seam to seam under the arms. Length is measured from top of neck to bottom of hem. Sleeves, when noted, are measured from the top of shoulder/arm seam to end of sleeves.
