At one point it had a belt but i cant find it, it does have a couple of loops on the side for a belt if you want to use your own or they could just be cut off. This is a really pretty dress in a dark blue. It has a semi sheer overlay and is fully lined. The back has an extra piece of this overlay like a train that is just slightly longer then the dress (see photos) The top front has some pleating as well as under the bust and the train section in the back as well for a more forgiving fit.
