The Lite-N-Up components are mixed prior to application and the degree of bleaching can be controlled by the strength of the Lite-N-Up solution and the number of applications.Part A: Hydrogen Peroxide 27%Part B: Sodium Hydroxide Solution This is NOT the Oxalic Acid version, which does not have the same bleaching effects. Also, household laundry bleach will not work as well either. The higher cost of freight of $45, regardless of size, is due to the product shipping as a Hazardous Material: Corrosive and Oxidizer.
