work / rock clamp vise for a LAPIDARY SAW, fits a 3/8 slide rod

Description: work / rock clamp for a LAPIDARY SAW, fits a 3/8 slide rod 7 3/8 long at longest point, 5 15/16 center of rod hole to edge of clamp that would be by blade. Has rock & garage grime, some surface rust. I don't know what saw he had this on. ,,,,ebay charges & collects the tax not me.
