Excellent used working condition with light paint loss. Excellent used means the bulb is not new and there are no cracks or chips in the glass and the screw cap is not damaged (it could have some corrosion on it). The paint condition is mentioned separately. Working condition means that I've tested the bulb using a low power tester purchased on Ebay and the element inside the bulb illuminates - that's it - there is NO stated or implied brightness or longevity conditions. If is lights up that means it works, and a picture is included to show that it works. Please refer to photos as they are the description. Figural bulbs are tested with a low power tester.
