Description: If you are a collector of WWII memorabilia or a newspaper collector, this lot is for you! These newspapers, complete issues, have been stored flat in a dry location. There are 130 complete issues from the early 1940's. Aside from war coverage, there are also pages in the back of each issue dedicated to sports, radio and movies. These were meant to bring a little bit of home to soldiers stationed overseas. I have seen individual issues of these being offered at $13-20 per issue on ebay, but I want to sell these as one lot and will not separate them. This is a wonderful opportunity to read about issues that were part of our war effort. As you can see, there are some full page photos of Betty Grable, Ike and FDR.
