This is an AWESOME vintage top by Steppin Out, made in the USA It is made of Rayon Crusthed Velveteen with an acetate lining, it is a light weight top. It is true black. This top has a deep V neckline, long sleeves with a slight taper, very padded shoulders, a button front with rhinestone buttons, the back has black lace inset that comes way down into a fishtail, it is self belted in the back with clear ball buttons and the lace is gathered behind the belt. This top is marked a womens Junior size 7. PLEASE CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS. Shoulders: 15", Armpit to Armpit: 17", Waist: 15", Sleeve Length (from Shoulder): 23", Length at the Back: 29". All measurements are taken with the garment laying flat. This top is in very good vintage condition, NO HOLES, RIPS OR REPAIRS. It comes from a smoke-free and pet friendly home.
