Description: The parade took place on Feb 26th & the drawing was done on the 27th. The year date is obscured by the edge of the frame, so anywhere from 1915-1918. Basically the written narative says it was a Royal Artillery parade being inspected by ROSA No idea who ROSA was, obviously someone of great importance as is states “Never since its formation has greater honour been known.” Signed by Drawn by our tame artist Overall framed size 28cms x 20.3cms, image size 24cms x 16.5cms.
