This is the account of the kidnapping in 1944 of General Karl Kreipe, Commander of the 22nd Panzer Grenadier Division on German occupied Crete by a British and Cretan raiding party, led by Major Patrick Leigh Fermor of the Special Operations Executive (SOE) British agents and the Cretan resistance. Captain Moss was second in command of the SOE agents in Crete who worked with the local resistance against the German occupying forces. The book measures 9.5 inches x 6.5 inches and has 214 pages + illustrations. The book is in good, clean and neat condition. The binding is good with no loose or missing pages.
