PHOTO JANUARY 1960. The Sterneckerbräu was a brewery in Munich, Germany. The associated inn served as a meeting place for the German National Socialist of WW2. Similar to the Bürgerbräukeller. The German Workers Party (DAP) of Anton Drexler met once a week in the restaurant on the 1st floor of the building. On 12 September 1919, the WW2 German Leader (A.H.) attended a meeting of the DAP on behalf of the intelligence command of the army. The meeting took place in a meeting room (The actual room in the photo, in this listing) of the Sterneckerbräu. Drexler invited him to join the DAP. He accepted becoming the party's 55th member. In October 1919, the 1st branch of the DAP modified its name and in February 1920 was set up in a side room of the Sterneckerbräu (The actual room in the photo, in this listing) . On 8 November 1933, the WW2 German Leader (A.H.) opened a Museum of the National Socialist Party at the Sterneckerbräu. The table, chairs, safes and cabinets in the photo are the actual ones used during the meetings starting in February 1920.
