Description: Reproduction WWII Italian infantryman's wool overcoat. This was converted from Swiss back in the 90s when no one was making Italian stuff for reenacting in the US. This repro has the single-breasted fly-front and vertical hand-warmer pockets peculiar to the Italian M40 overcoat. False pocket flaps have been added below the aforementioned vertical pockets. All visible buttons have been changed to Italian-type, collar stars added, and the overcoat has been redyed the proper gray-green color. This is a size 42-if you wear a size 42 tunic this overcoat will fit comfortably over the tunic. This was made to reenact in not for museum display but is a big wearable size.
