Description: WWII Sweetheart Bracelet Sterling Silver Manila Philippines So Pacific Hand Cut This is a WWII era "sweetheart" bracelet that is sterling silver and features hand cut / pierced "Manilla" emblem at the center. The chain link is hand crafted. The bracelet measures 7" long end to end x 3/4" wide at top and weighs 6.6 grams. There is not a maker's mark. The bracelet was crafted in the South Pacific by local artisans and purchased by soldiers to send home to wives and girl friends. There is an aged patina and the bracelet is in functional condition.
